Redemption Process

To claim this Offer you must:

  • book your appointment with Martin Street Dentists by calling (03) 9596 4000 or booking directly online and mention the Check-Up & Clean Offer at the time of booking to reserve your toothbrush, OR
  • visit Martin Street Dentists and mention you received the offer email from our team.

You must attend your booked appointment (check-up & clean with Dr Brett Borger) to redeem the Offer. The Electric Toothbrush will be provided after your appointment. The Electric Toothbrush must be collected in-person, there are no delivery options available.

Offer Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to the eligibility and use of the Offer:
